My latest Bo Bunny assignment was to use banners! As there were two of us for this assignment I decided to do my banners on a layout and do two different types of banners. I decided straight away that I wanted to string a thin banner back and forth across the page and immediately knew I wanted to use the gorgeous new Alora range. OMGoodness do I love this range it was such fun to work with it is so bright and cheerful and the images are just toooo cute!
I used the Alora Doodle paper and cut out loads of little flowers and then punched lots of little butterflies from my 6x6 paper pad with a Martha Stewart butterfly punch and then made banners across my page with some bakers twine and lots of foam dots to give it dimension. :)
I overlapped my ribbon banners and added foam dots to give them dimension although you can't really see that in the photo!
I am also sharing a digital Quickpage done for the CU for a PU Freebie challenge on Coolscraps Digital. They give you a commercial use kit to use and you have to make a personal use freebie of a kit, cluster or quickpage. I have just recently started to dabble into the digital scrapbooking world. My Mom does digital scrapbooking and she is busy teaching me how to do it! (long distance over the phone lol!). So far I have done two layouts and this is my second Quickpage :)
This is the download link for it http://www.4shared.com/photo/sg_ETXzk/AddieFebPUFreebie2.html

Favourites!
This layout was for a challenge on the Bo Bunny blog, the challenge was to use journaling on your layout (and that is good amount of journaling not just the name, place and date type of journaling!) and to use stitching on your layout.
I decided to do a 'Favourites' layout. I am supposed to do one of these for each of the kids every year as I love the idea of keeping a record of thier favourites and how they change over the years, but....I have not been very good at keeping up with it! I think the last ones I did were at 5 and 7 years! So I will do one for Christopher soon and then make sure I keep it up for thier next birthdays, maybe if I write it in my diary I will remember! :)

Cards and Winter Gloves!
I am just sharing a couple of cards today. The first one is one I did for my guest designer spot with Scrapology in January. I was sure I had put this up on my blog but I am obviously going crazy because I hadn't!! We had a love is... theme and the sponsor was Crafty Ribbons so we used some ribbons from there.
I kept my card quite clean and simple and had some fun with my edge punches :)

My second card was done for the Bo Bunny blog for a focus on the stunning Enchanted range! I chose to do a birthday card for my hubby :)
Totally random but we had lots of snow on Saturday and the kids were out playing in it the whole day today so they had each gone through 2 pairs of very wet gloves so I went to go and find them another pair in their drawers and this is what I found...
Now seriously there was not one matching set of gloves in their drawers! What happens to all the other gloves, are they all off living in some invisible land with all the lost socks of the world? My kids end up going through at least 4 sets each through winter, although if I think about it that is probably all my youngest as my eldest son does not really tend to wear gloves except in the snow so my youngest son nicks all of his when he can't find his own. So I do know who the main culprit is :)
My box full of all the new amazingly gorgeous Bo Bunny products arrived this week and my oh my is it all just totally beautiful, I can't wait to get stuck into it all! I just have a couple of commissions to finish and then I can play with all the new goodies! :) :) :)
